Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through our online platform are subject to confirmation. A confirmed booking will be indicated by a confirmation email or message sent to the provided contact details. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period of 3 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in disregarding the appointment. Late Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. In the event of late arrival, we will accommodate the appointment to the best of our ability, but the duration of the appointment may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Moreso, we will be giving a 10 mins grace period, once the grace period has been reached, we will accommodate a walk-in client instead. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the appointment, as specified by Modifica Salon and Spa. We accept various forms of payment, including cards, e-wallet and cash. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please inform us immediately, and we will endeavor to rectify the issue to your satisfaction. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit to the salon. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Health and Safety: Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies that may affect the services provided. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if they believe it may pose a risk to the client's health or safety. Age Restrictions: Some services may have age restrictions, and minors may require parental consent to receive certain treatments. Please inquire about any age restrictions when booking appointments for minors. Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or redemption. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Data consent: Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
